Real Estate Law

It is probably fair to say that property law is part of almost every lawyer's repertoire. This might lead us to conclude that the best course of action is to find the cheapest provider because "all we need is to get the paperwork for the sale of our home/property done as quickly as possible."

Our Most Valuable Asset

Unfortunately, based on personal experience, I consider this approach to be wrong on several points and extremely risky. The first thing to bear in mind is that you are dealing with one of your most valuable assets. Therefore, it is only natural to seek to ensure the greatest possible security regarding the process.

A Poorly Drafted Contract May Cause Substantial Damage

In my practice as a lawyer, I have confronted numerous cases where clients have suffered damage or incurred substantial additional costs due to poorly or incorrectly drafted sale and purchase or gift agreements.

While I fully understand the temptation to look for the cheapest service on the market when selling your property, I recommend that you carefully check whether the lawyer you choose has considered all necessary details, i.e. whether the contract to be concluded includes all the safeguards and guarantees required to ensure that your property right is registered or you get the money that you are owed.
